            <p>Today we had our first trial run for our restaurant!</p>
            <p>The Ristorante Di Montessori team met up to do trial runs on our restaurant, learning about how to run it and finding out what could be improved. </p>
            <p>I can gladly say that we will be ready when we open soon.</p>
